The room was spacious and well-equipped with all necessary utensils. i liked the ample space. It was beneficial for my stay. having a balcony facing the mall was a plus. My kids enjoyed spending time there. the accessibility to the mall and other city locations was very convenient for shopping and dining.
the pillows felt too square and uncomfortable , and the room temperature was warmer than i preferred.

this hotel has access to a shopping center across the street, very useful. some restaurants nearby served good steaks and soups, within a short walk. the proximity to the main train station made travel easier, although a 15-minute walk with luggage was necessary.

The staff was helpful at check-in and answered all my questions. i arrived late and they recommended a delivery service that operates until 2am since the hotel lacks a restaurant. the room was comfortable and included extra pillows. a kettle with tea and coffee was available. These are also available for free in the lobby.
the big square pillows provided were not very comfortable though the room temperature was quite warm.

the hotel is directly across from skyline plaza, a shopping destination with food options and the bus stop is just around the corner providing access to the main station using line m46 which is really useful.

i found the staff very friendly! they were warm and helpful. the free coffee all day was definitely a big plus. the huge mall right across from the hotel made getting everything i needed easy. it was great.
the hotel didn't have air conditioning when i visited. i was told it was turned off because it was almost winter. the room got quite warm because of this. it made my stay slightly uncomfortable
